Description

The left turn signal that controls traffic turning left from east-bound Glenwood Avenue onto Hilburn Drive always stays red, even when there are cars waiting to turn. The other left turn signal for west-bound traffic works correctly. Traffic will either continue going east-bound on Glenwood Avenue and turn somewhere else or turn anyways on the red light, so hopefully this can get fixed soon.
