Description

The light was red when i approached it. I watched the sign on Chamblee Dunwoody go from the walking guy to the count down from 10 to the red hand 3 times...the light to turn out of Kroger NEVER turned green. i finally had to turn Right and then turn around to get out of the parking lot!
