Need to trim back shrubs and trees on southside of alameda & west of the ped/bike crossing. curvature and low visibility and proximity of school make this a very dangerous situation if you are crossing from the south to north side.. I am over 6 ft tall and I cannot see speeding eastbound traffic. This is probably why there has been a higher then normal incidence of ped/bike accidents/deaths on this crossing.. Shrubs and tress need to be cut back or better removed and place further back from street..please note the photo I took standing on the egde of crosswalk .
