Description

Someone created a "Welcome Home ...." sign made up of red and blue solo cups and stuck them in the fence on the Essex Street/Route 1 overpass well over a year ago and they need to be removed. Some of the cups have blown out over time and the whole area looks really trashy. I'd drive down there myself and remove them but there is no place to safely park and clean it up. Would you please send someone down to take care of this? Seriously....it's time.
