Description

I witnessed a n elderly pedestrian with a limp crossing South Wilmington St at Chapanoke yesterday morning about 7:50 am. There is no sidewalk, no crosswalk or pedestrian crossing assistance at this large intersection. I feel with the bus stop on Chapanoke this is an accident waiting to happen. None of the drivers stopped for him.
