Depending on the day, between 1-3 homeless men can be seen eating, sleeping, and talking at this bus stop. There is usually 1 grocery cart parked next to or in (if it's raining) the bus stop. The bus stop is on the right hand side if you are heading towards Hartford. This makes me uncomfortable! Can a police officer tell them that a bus stop is not a home? Maybe drive them to a shelter?If not, a higher police presence so that crime doesn't increase? Thank you
