Description

I called 911 3 times between 7:00pm and 8:30pm because more than a dozen young teenagers were hitting my 11 year old daughter and tried to go after my 8 year old son but thankfully he can run very very fast. This incident happened at Cohox park. My daughter called me from a friend’s house because she was very afraid and only got away from the group because one of her older brother's friends stepped in. I was told by 911 to call when I got to my house and they would send someone out. I called when we got home and was told someone would be out shortly. 4 cops walked by and said they would come talk to me after they made their rounds, they never came back. 5 cop cars drove by my house, none stopped. When I called 911 to complain and request yet again they send someone to my house and expressed my concern that the cops were walking by and driving by but not taking my report I was told someone would be out soon. No one ever came. Does anyone know who I would report this to? I did post a complaint on the Philadelphia police department web site but this isn't enough. And I am still waiting on them to take my report!
