Thanks for referring this to Mr. Griffin. A reminder that this has been here, taped off, for at least two weeks. It constitutes not only a blight on the neighborhood, but an invitation to others to leave such toxic materials in this easy to dump & drive spot. WE NEED SIGNS & FINES.
