At approximately 1:00 PM today a black lab mix that we are fostering got out of it's collar and ran off. He ran into the woods that go behind the A&P plaza up towards the apartment buildings. If you see or better yet find him please call Animal Control at 860-347-6941 as they are aware. Or call my cell at 860-301-6471.

His name is Owen and may be skittish towards men. He's approximately 1 year old and weighs I'd guess somewhere n the vicinity of 50-55 lbs. He is predominantly black with bits of white here and there.
