Description

There is a very deep sink hole near 732 East 23rd Street as soon as you enter from 15th Avenue. I went to the PWD and reoprt it over a week and the last said she will submit the request, but nothing happened. This sink hole is a safety issue. Please assist it is in the middle of the street.
