Description

This issue was previously reported (https://en.seeclickfix.com/issues/1700267) and marked closed, but it was not fully repaired - they got half the pothole, presumably the half that was not under the parked car when they did the repair.

Also, this was flagged by Public Works as a Utility Repair issue. Clearly there is a trench there that was incompletely filled. I know that getting utilities to do the repairs is a long standing problem, and that Public Works ends up holding the bag, but what is the process for making sure that utilties do, in fact, clean up their mess?
