Description

The bushes, ivy and dirt have spilled over onto the sidewalk from this apartment building. They need to dig them up because they are growing so that you cannot walk through there. The grass is overgrown in front of this building and there is a old bike frame attached to a sign for over two years. It has no tires, just a stripped frame. It's a pretty trashy area and quite unsafe to walk through, especially if you have a pet. There are also rat traps that are not emptied regularly that tend to stink too.
