Thanks for reporting. We just created geographies so that we can catch these issues more readily. These bags were collected.
As to the Ford Fusion we lease vehicles for our aquatics and Youth@Work supervisors which are seasonal positions and only require vehicles for six weeks. When driven they have magnets that we remove at night identifying them as Parks.
