traffic is being backed up on forest road at all hours of the day because the traffic light letting forest road on to derby avenue is not long enough (like 20 seconds) and cars are backed up to chapel street causing u turns and people can't get out of their driveways!

Yes, the left-turn lights (in both directions on Forest Road) are WAY too short.

It often seems that traffic turning from north-bound Forest onto west-bount Derby has more time to turn than south-bound traffic on Forest. Is particularly bad in late afternoon starting around 3:50 (when Hopkins lets out).

Now all the traffic is at a standstill on all four sides for an incredible long time with no movement at all.
