Description

The right-most area of the westbound lane on Tienken Rd. from Livernois almost all the way to Adams Rd. is inexcusable. Westbound drivers are straddling the middle line (of a 2-way road) in an effort to avoid crumbling pavement, obviously putting eastbound drivers at risk. Is the RCOC just waiting for a head on collision before acting on this?
