Description
The pedestrian walk button is functioning incorrectly. When pressed, the red light was activated but the pedestrian signal was not. moments later, the signal turned back to green without the walk signal ever being activated.

Even with the walk signal, crossing Grand is an adventure. Drivers including the police ofter run the red on Grand as I have dodged them all too frequently.

This has happened for years along with the Olive and Grand avenue traffic signal. The only way to activate the DeStefano regime to change this is through a class-action lawsuit. YEARS and YEARS and the city of New Haven does nothing!!
