Looks like they raided some yards. Someone lost some bikes and a flatbed. Someone needs a few nights in jail.

Hopefully this will be cleaned up right now. No excuses. Citizens have the right to live in a healthy environment and this is not. Stop letting the homeless get away with this . There is no reason they should have all this stuff. Sidewalks are not for camping.
