Description

Drivers regularly park their cars at the red curb on the north side of 40th Street at Clarke, just before the painted crosswalk. I've left warnings for drivers here on many occasions but the behavior does not stop. This red curb exists to daylight the crosswalk and allow drivers to see and yield to pedestrians. Just whole writing this I saw over a dozen drivers fail to yield at this location. Please install a sidewalk bulb out at this location where the red curb currently is, as a physical fix is the only way to get people to obey the law consistently.
