Description
There are two bicycles on Bradley Street, locked to street signs, that have been vandalized (back tires stolen). They have been locked to the signs for over a week. I’m not clear on which New Haven department to report this to. It seems the police should know about the vandalized bikes. And, I’m wondering if the city can cut the lock and remove them. One is in front of 162 Bradley; the other is in front of 154 Bradley. Thank you.
