Thank you for contacting the City of Richmond, Division of Property Maintenance Code Enforcement. We are sorry but in order for the department to proceed on this complaint, we will need your help in determining the correct location of the property in question. A specific address is needed because our Code Enforcement system is incapable of citing an intersection/block. Please call our office at (804) 646-6398 so that we may further assist you in this matter.
It is the intersection of Ellen Road and the Boulevard SW corner in the the city of Richmond Virginia. Directly across from the Arthur Ashe Center on the Boulevard. There is a traffic signal and road signs posted naming the street. To tell a citizen you do not know where it is or you need an address is just ridiculous. I was using your SCF program. City Hall and some of the employees just continue to amaze me.
Thank you for contacting the Property Maintenance Code Enforcement Division for the City of Richmond. Based on the information you provided we have assigned an Environmental Coordinator to go to the location and inspect the property for any and all code violations.
This property has been inspected as you requested, by a Property Maintenance Code Enforcement Officer and he has notated in the case that the property is in violation and he will return within the next week or two, to see if corrective action has been taken
The Property Maintenance Code Enforcement Inspector has indicated in the case file, that the reported issue(s) has/have been corrected to meet code regulations. Thank you for your patience in this matter.
