Description

Recycle bins are not brought in from outside the apartments on that block. I just walked past 6 of them. Today is thursday. The recycling was here on Monday morning. It's been ongoing for about two months. Please have someone pick up the bins. One is used as a block trash can with everyone putting dog waste there. Very much an eyesore.
