Description
It has hard to believe that after the amount of money that was spent to fix up Barracks Row, the city is now very willing to allow the beautiful cobblestone crosswalks and brick pavers to be ruined by digging after digging after digging (something that should have been done before). The city never really repairs their digging sites well. What a waste of money
