Description

There is a silver 2 dr hatchback car parked on street. It's been there for months and is not operative. It's an eyesore and a hazard. The car is extremely dirty and the front drivers window is missing. It is occasionally covered with a black trash bag. This is the 2nd complaint we've made and nothing has been done. Again it's been there for months!
