3113 East Broad Street continues to be a blight on our neighborhood.

I know the city code enforcement inspectors have on numerous occasions sent in reports on this house but nothing ever happens.

The city posted a notice of violations on this house just after January 1, 2015. The owner has seen this letter as it was removed by him.

The porch is in bad shape. There is some carpentry that was done about a year ago, but it looks terrible. the porch is also being propped up by some 4x4s. This also has been like that for a long time. There is also construction debris littered all over the porch. There is also a dead tree that was cut down that is laying in front of the porch.

Come on City of Richmond, let’s do something about this house.
