This home has been vacant for almost three years. We are constantly chasing squatters away. Squatters have broken the doors, the gates and wrought iron on one of the windows to get in. They have damaged the interior of the home and just this weekend, we have had issues with people trying to dump their trash in the yard. Neighbors have contacted the police on multiple occasions. The weeds are not being maintained in the rear of the property or out on the curb. The trees adjacent to the curb are dead and branches are constantly falling into the walkway and the street. This is a hazard to people walking by. We have contacted weed and litter and they occasionally come cut teh weeds in the front, but continue to ignore the hazardous trees. This home is a nuisance and is bringing crime into the area. The man who used to own is passed away. Can someone PLEASE do something to get these weeds and trees taken care of as well as to better secure this place from squatters if it can't be demolished.
