Description
There is a large tree on the west side of 7th St NE right by the parking lot entrance at JO Wilson Elementary. It's across the street from 1017 7th St NE. Many branches are dead and look to be close to falling out. School kids walk underneath everyday. One good gust of wind could cause a branch to fall on a child.
