Description
Roosevelts customer and OWNER illegally parked on Bradley Street in zone 3 residential parking. They've been warned, ticketed and in at least 1 occasion towed yet continue to ignore all regulations and enforcement. Can NHPD please send an officer over to enforce parking regulations. Once parking enforcement goes home for the night Roosevelts completely ignore all posted signs.
