Description

The trash collection workers are stuffing the trucks so full before dumping them that they are spilling foul smelling garbage juice all over our neighborhood. It happens every summer. The street is full of puddles of trash sludge and we haven't had our streets cleaned in months. Please enforce proper dumping and truck cleaning and send a sweeper to clean up this mess.
