Description
I have complained about a dying tree in the easement in my front yard. This tree is dropping large branches (4-6" in diameter) one whick landed on he sidewalk yesterday. I moved it off the sidewalk but it is still in the easement to see. There are also several dead branches that are hung up in the tree. Someone is going to be seriously injured as long as this tree is dying off and dropping limbs.I do have pictures
