Description
Water does not drain to sewer on corner. This is the norm, and not just when we get heavy rain. Even after an average rain we can't park our cars without having to walk either direction to a point where we can cross the "pond" to get to our yard. We have been trying to get this taken care of for years. Please help. Thank you.
