Description

Couch left on street since late May. Presently being used as a "fire hydrant" by dogs and smells bad.

It seems that city officials tasked with checking the city streets for this kind of violation do not do this checking. I have complained regarding TV sets and other things on the street in the Annex/East Shore area to no avail. LCI must be a shadow job .
