Agree, the "grass" in front is almost 3 feet high. And there's no front porch just wood holding up the roof

Spoke to property owner today, advised to cut & remove overgrown grass/weeds within 10 days.

This is the second complaint in a month on this property. Can't something be done other than contacting them and telling them to cut their grass? They should be fined. I live in Oakwood and this is a disgrace to our block. Something else needs to be done. I expect that if they do not take care of the property within 10 days for the town to DO something. Have the DPW mow the grass and pay them OT and charge the homeowners back that fee. Maybe that'll stop them from being lazy.

The town tree in front needs some care as well. It's difficult to walk by with out having to duck. Thanks.

Well, weed and leafage are gone, thank you. Tree just was trimmed. I also put a trim request for the tree in front of 30 oakwood, The trimmer stated "not on the list to do 30 Oakwood" yet the request states will put on list and is closed, I put that request prior to 34 Oakwood. Would it have not been be logistically and financially beneficial to have put both trees to be done at same time? I guess my tax increase next year will cover the cost to have them come back.
