The worst (brightest) lights are the three tall ones closest to the building. The parking lot lights are bearable.

I understand that you are working on changing the city's street lighting. My issue is with the McDonald's flood lights. Right now at least one of them shines right in my window on the third floor of the Gloucester Mill. My only recourse is to close my blinds completely, but this does not block all of the glare ALL NIGHT. Perhaps shielding or redirecting the lamps so that they face down would help.

We have addressed this in the past with them. They have said that high winds can cause them to change direction. I will stop by today and speak with the manager. Thank you for letting us know.

You could call the fire dept non emergency number and ask for the building owner contact information. Then call.

or just ask the manager for the information.

Guest: Thank you for the suggestions. We will be away for awhile so will try your ideas in a couple of months. The light is not as intolerable now that McD's is not open 24 hours/day. We have a respite between 11pm - 5am.
