Description

There have been several RVs parked along 51st Avenue (between Telegraph and Broadway on both sides of the street) for weeks now. At first it was just two, now several more have popped up. Some of them are being lived in and the owners are dumping (reportedly) needles, raw sewage, etc. into the bushes. I have been having trouble seeing oncoming traffic when I turn onto 51st because of the size of the vehicles.
