I stayed at this place on 6/20 and left that same day due to a bed bug infestation. Correspondence from several tenants lead me to believe that this is an ongoing issue at this site. Often resulting in the manager getting angry and scaring off consumers by yelling in lieu of handing over a refund. I also contacted the BBB and it was not until they contacted the manager that i recieved a refund. I have photos and videos. While I am sure several rooms have bed bugs, #115 is a great start. you can see them in all stages of life.

Update from the Codes Compliance Department: complaints regarding the conditions at a public lodging establishment (hotel/motel) would need to be submitted to the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation (DBPR) - downloadable complaint forms may be found on their website here:
