Grass and weeds are over 8 inches tall again. The home owner has advised the city is his lawn maintenance crew as it is far less expensive to have the city maintain the property by paying the fine, than to hire a service or mow the lawn. The City needs to have a fine that increases each time a home owner is in violation, especially if the problem is chronic.
