Description

All the way from Nob Hill to downtown, the speed limit is reasonable and marked right. It's just not enough to keep the night time ,unnecessary, driving within the limits. Central is dangerous as it is, even at day time with reckless driving, but at nights it turns into a speeding lane for motorcycles and sports cars. This causes terrible noise pollution to the people living in the area. Speed bumps on Central, both sides of I-25, please!
