Not only is this property still a dumping ground, fire hazard and home to drug users, it is worse than when I asked for help a year and-a-half ago.

if anything, this lot & structure is in much worse condition - nothing at all has been done - I do not understand why this is allowed to continue, trash is piling up, the building is falling down & a HUGE fire hazard.

nothing has been done, worse than ever.

some trash has been removed, now piled on sidewalk but building is still a extreme fire hazard, literally coming apart & falling down

now trash is piling up again outside gate on sidewalk, mattresses, couch, there are piles of trash inside the gate & building is literally falling down at the rear of the building (evident on view from Chestnut St around the corner)

No change, many many phone calls to various city departments - I have been told to call back in a month, that this process takes a long time - Really? 3 Years?

just as bad as ever

so my Issue has been outstanding for 1201 days. and that's on my 3rd reporting - well might as well go for 3 whole years and not a thing has been done. According to city officials "still in process"

there is a huge pile of trash, garbage there now as per usual -

property bought and being rehabbed
