Description

Construction of a neighbor's pool is causing flossing and drainage issues. The alley behind our house is flooding and causing water to rise in our yard and on the side of our house. The neighbors behind us, across the alley, are getting a pool put in. The trucks have made deep trenches in the alley and mud is flowing from their yard into the alley, causing the alley to be unusable and water to not drain properly.
