Hello , I reside at 19 Prospect Place.
I do not know who to contact about this but my neighbor in front of my house parks outside her drive way on purpose to give us a hard time in getting our vehicle out and she saves " her parking spot " in front of her house with garbage cans. She believes that is her parking spot alone and throws a tantrum when someone else parks there. It is getting aggravating that whenever I have to take our car out of our driveway which is a suburban sometimes it is really difficult when cars are parked on both sides of my driveway. Whay I usually have to do is back up right in front of her driveway and turn to whichever side I have to go. I do not even go in her driveway at all. But she is an awful neighbor and since we moved here has been giving us a hard time. Also on purpose what she does is she drives all the way into our driveway. I really don't mind someone using our driveway to turn around but she is just doing all this to bother us. Please help.
