The pothole issue on the entire stretch of Cleveland Road has been there for YEARS. This DPW "acknowledgement" and request for more information on the exact location of the pothole is.... what?... disingenuous, duplicitous, incompetent, insulting, infuriating.... THE POTHOLES ARE WIDE AND DEEP and recur virtually EVERY 10 FEET FOR THE EXTENT OF CLEVELAND ROAD. IT WOULD BE FAR PREFERIBLE for the standard acknowledgement of pothole complaints to be: "We've known about it for years and we'll get to it when the city budget allows for it, which could be many, many MORE years."
