Description

Homeless vagrants are still trying to set up tents near Weiss Hospital. They are being used by Chicago's Coalition for the Homeless (CCH) to evict Alderman Cappleman, but all they are really doing is getting drunk in their tents. Please keep a watch on these individuals.
