Description

On the south west corner, a drainage cover is missing exposing a two foot hole that opens into the storm water drain. Pedestrians or vehicles too close to the curb/building could fall in. Hole is not marked. Previously reported and received a notification no hazard was found. Resubmitting because the hole is still there and included picture this time.
