the road and sidewalk condition on this Pleasant Street is in disrepair, particularly between Clark St and Humphrey St - water flooding accumulates on the low parts of the street whenever rains - taking time to dry out. the sidewalks are not even due to old tree root growth. the street and sidewalks need to be repaved.
