Description
Families / fans of Annex Little Leaguers, many from outside of New Haven, park in a long line of cars stretching to the Tuttle Street rotary. Cars tailgate and watch the game from above, while plenty of bleacher seats and lawn area is available for seating. This happens during all Annex games.

There are "No Parking" signs down that entire length of Woodward Avenue: https://goo.gl/maps/UB0o4
This is a dangerous situation, especially with the narrow lanes, the rotary, reduced visibility for crosswalks and pedestrians (including a lot of children).
