This is the Biggins residence and there are sketchy individuals coming and going at all hours. We have three children - and are concerned for their safety. Can you pass along any information around how we can tell if there sex offenders living or frequenting that residence?

I was by the location the other day and spoke to the Property owner. The trailer has a few items that I would not consider "full of trash". The overall appearance of the property was neat. He did advised the car in the driveway has a dead battery but will get it operational. I'm working on a solution for the trailer. Feel free to call me to discuss this further. I am working with the owner on this issue. As a note - the address you listed is incorrect. The trailer is out of the front set-back area and is empty. The owner is working on getting the vehicle operational. I did not see "bikes and junk all over the front yard".
