these trucks are a problem with all the noise they make

Traffic took a look at the issue and the trucks are parked inside the property this is a zoning use issue not a traffic issue.

NJ DEP 1-877-WARNDEP Hotline - I had an issue off of Schuyler too with an idling tractor trailer for over a year. KPD and traffic were only able to ask driver to stop idling. I made one non emergency complaint to NJ DEP and the driver was given a citation the next day.

I should add that DEP will give a citation if the trucks are idling and I'm assuming that's what you mean by "noise". They only have to idle for 3 minutes (5 minutes if it's under 35°), be older than 2007 and not have a diesel particulate filter installed. Also, they could be on a rest break, but call it in and let the inspector see what's what when they come out. Like I said, one phone call and my issue was resolved in about a day and the tractor has not been back since. Sadly, it was a neighbors trailer and he was just completely inconsiderate.
