Description

The alley between Grove and Floyd is atrocious. These are not potholes, they are craters. Some are 10 feet wide and 8 to ten inches deep. The alley serves approximately 40 homes. This hasn't graded properly in years. Holes reappear within a week when covered with small gravel. Gravel is ejected from holes when it rains with vehicular traffic.
