Description

Piles of garbage on both sides of alley incuding furniture, bags of clothing, broken boards, etc. A few weeks ago it caught on fire, burned down the neighbor's fence, they've since rebuilt it, still nothing was done about the trash. the pile on the west side (the one that caught on fire) reappears any time we manage to get it hauled, and we suspect someone is dumping on a regular basis but have no leads. The pile on the other side appeared last night and is blocking driveways on both sides and making exiting the alley toward 19th Ave impossible. I've gotten three separate flat tires from the debris in the last four months.
