Description
The plant growing on the city side of the wall has grown over into the yard of the home on the other side of the wall. The city maintenance crew/gardeners have neglected to cut the top of the vine/bush for years, causing it to grow over the wall to the other side. The homeowners are tired of cutting the growth that shouldn't be there in the first place. For years they have cut it, tried pushing the vine over to the other side and paid others to cut it, but it doesn't stop. Please have this taken care of ASAP.

Our technician informed us that we can trim the vines and bushes up about 6 feet but because the remaining plant material is on private property. We are unable to go on private property to remove it. You may want to call your HOA, we believe it is the Monterey Village at 714-647-9500 and have them remove it. We will keep you updated on the progress.
